How do I resolve the "User Intervention Required" message on my Canon printer? (Windows)


  1. At the same time, press the windows key and ‘r’ on your keyboard.
  2. In the ‘Run’ box, type ‘services.msc’ then ‘OK.’
  3. Within ‘Services,’ right-click on ‘Print Spooler.’ 
  4. Press ‘Restart.’ 
  5. Close this window and try printing. 
  6. If this is unsuccessful, turn off your printer.
