William Elward is the founder of Castle Ink and has spent more than two decades working in the printer industry. He started Castle Ink in 2005 with the goal of helping consumers and small businesses get high-quality compatible and remanufactured ink and toner cartridges at a fraction of the OEM price. Since then, Castle Ink has shipped well over 100,000 cartridges to customers across the United States.
