Samsung printers may report a non-genuine supply; select OK or Continue to keep printing. Remove the cartridge from its bag, gently rock it side to side five or six times to spread the toner, pull off the protective tape and clip, and slide it in until it locks. Samsung lasers are now supported by HP, so the genuine cartridge is sold as HP SU832A in the US.
