How do I set my HP printer as ‘default’ on a Windows 10?

This will bring your printer online and give you easier printing access. 

  1. Search on Windows for ‘Devices.’ 
  2. Select ‘Printers & Scanners.’ 
  3. Under ‘Printers & Scanners,’ select the offline printer then press ‘Manage.’
  4. Under ‘Manage,’ press ‘Select as Default.’
