What is the difference between a Canon Inkjet and dye sublimation printer?

The Canon Inkjet prints natural looking shades. Although it’s less efficient in terms of ink, the printer does a great job on standard text documents such as spreadsheets. The Canon Inkjet requires standard office paper.

The Canon Dye Sublimation printer specializes in photos and graphics. Paper required is glossy and coated. While the ink has been proven efficient, the printer paper is on the pricier side.
