The E515dn is the wired-network all-in-one in the family — print, copy, scan and fax, with a document feeder. The E515dw is the same machine with Wi-Fi added. How to Replace the Toner
- Power on the Dell E515dn and open the front cover.
- Lift out the drum and toner assembly together, then press the green release lever to separate the toner cartridge from the drum.
- Unbox the new cartridge and rock it gently 5–6 times end to end to loosen the toner.
- Clip the new toner cartridge into the drum unit until it locks, then slide the assembly back into the printer.
- Close the front cover. The printer detects the new cartridge and resets the level indicator.

Faded or patchy print: Remove the toner cartridge and rock it side to side to redistribute what is left, then reinstall. This can buy a few extra pages at the end of a cartridge.
Paper picks up two sheets at a time: Clean the pickup roller with a lightly damp lint-free cloth and fan the paper stack before loading.
