Quick answer: The Epson Stylus NX110 uses four Epson 69 cartridges: black, cyan, magenta and yellow. The lower-capacity Epson 88 cartridges fit too. There's no XL option. Castle Ink stocks remanufactured Epson 69 Black, Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, plus 5-pack and 8-pack bundles.

Epson 69 also fits the WorkForce 610 and many other Stylus and WorkForce models from 2008 to 2011. The high-capacity Epson 68 and extra-high Epson 97 cartridges don't fit the NX110; Epson's 68 compatibility list starts at the NX215.

Is Epson 69 Worth It Over 88?

Yes. On October 15, 2026, Staples listed Epson's 69 black at $21.39 (about 8.7¢ a page) and each 69 color at $17.99. Every Epson 88 item was out of stock at Staples, and Epson listed the 88 black at $16.49 for only about 180 pages. Our remanufactured 69 cartridges are $7.95 each (about 3.2¢ a page for black), the 5-pack is $34.95 and the 8-pack $59.95.

How Do I Replace the Ink in the Epson Stylus NX110?

Turn the printer on, lift the scanner and prop it open with its support.
Press the Stop button. The print head moves to the low or empty cartridge; press Stop again to check the others and move the head into the replacement position.
Squeeze the cartridge's tab and lift it straight out.
Shake the new cartridge's package four or five times, unpack it, remove only the yellow tape and press it in until it clicks.
Lower the scanner and press Stop. The printer charges the ink for about a minute and a half, until the On light stops flashing.

No. Epson lists only 69 and 88 for the NX110; 68 starts with the NX215 and up.

What's the difference between 69 and 88?

They fit the same slots. Epson 88 is a smaller 'moderate capacity' cartridge, about 180 black or 165 color pages, against roughly 245 and 320 for Epson 69.

The ink light is still on after I replaced a cartridge.

It isn't seated. Press Stop, push all the cartridges down firmly until they click, then press Stop again.

All the lights are on at once. What does that mean?
