How to replace the cartridges

1. Turn the printer on and load a few sheets of plain paper.
2. Open the cartridge access door and wait for the carriage to stop.
3. Press down on the old cartridge to release it, then pull it out toward you. Black is on the right, tri-color on the left.
4. Unwrap the new cartridge and pull the plastic tape off the copper contacts. Do not touch the contacts or the nozzle plate.
5. Slide it in at a slight upward angle and push until it clicks.
