How to Find Your Ricoh Toner Number

Ricoh toner uses a six-digit part number (for example 842307 or 407259), printed on the label of your old toner bottle or cartridge. Older copier toners also carry a "Type" name such as Type 2120D or Type 6110D. Some cartridges have two part numbers for the same toner — for example 842124 and 841993 — and every product page lists all the numbers it replaces.

Under the U.S. Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer can't void your warranty simply because you used a compatible cartridge. If your copier is covered by a lease or service contract that includes supplies, check your agreement first. Learn more.

My machine says "non-genuine toner." Is that a problem?
Some Ricoh machines display a notice when a non-Ricoh supply is installed. Select OK or Continue and print as usual. If the toner isn't recognized, remove it, make sure all seals and tape are off and reinstall it, or contact us and we'll make it right.
