How Do I Replace Ink in the DeskJet 3631?
- Turn the printer on and open the front cartridge access door; wait for the carriage to stop.
- Press down on the cartridge and pull it out. Tri-color goes on the left, black on the right.
- Unpack the new cartridge and pull off the plastic tape by its pink tab.
- Slide it into its slot at a slight upward angle until it snaps in.
- Close the door and align the cartridges if prompted.
