Chips, Printer Messages & Installation

Installing: open the copier's front cover, lift out the empty toner/developer cartridge, shake the new one side to side a few times, remove its seal and seat it in place. Close the cover.

Supply messages: if the copier still shows the toner light, open and close the cover once.

Light or streaky copies: make a few copies so new toner reaches the developer. The drum (ZT-50DR) is a separate part.
