Quick answer: The HP OfficeJet Pro 8028 uses HP 910 or high-yield HP 910XL ink: 910XL Black (3YL65AN), Cyan (3YL62AN), Magenta (3YL63AN) and Yellow (3YL64AN). The extra-high-yield HP 916XL Black (3YL66AN, about 1,500 pages) also fits. The 8028 is the warehouse-club version of the OfficeJet Pro 8025, sold through Costco and Sam's Club.

Will Remanufactured 910XL Work in the 8028?
