HP+ note: if your printer is enrolled in HP+ (common on models ending in “e”), it only accepts Original HP ink, and no third-party cartridge will work in it. If it is not enrolled, our cartridges work; turn off automatic firmware updates first (here's how).

Where a cartridge is offered with an "Original HP Chip" and a "New Aftermarket Chip" version, the original-chip version is the safer choice on printers with current firmware.

HP 910 Ink: Common Questions

What is the difference between the standard and XL HP 910 cartridges?

HP 910 black prints about 300 pages and each 910 color about 315; 910XL black and each 910XL color print about 825. They share the same cartridge body and slot, so you can move between sizes freely.

Which printers use HP 910 ink?

HP OfficeJet 8010, OfficeJet 8015, OfficeJet 8015e, OfficeJet 8020, OfficeJet 8022e, OfficeJet 8025, OfficeJet Pro 8025, OfficeJet Pro 8025e, OfficeJet Pro 8028e, OfficeJet Pro 8030, OfficeJet Pro 8034e, OfficeJet Pro 8035e. Our Find Ink by Printer page has a guide for each model.

Will remanufactured HP 910 cartridges work in my printer?

Yes, as long as the printer is not enrolled in HP+. HP+ printers only accept Original HP ink. On printers that are not enrolled, keep automatic firmware updates off so a future update can't block third-party cartridges. If a cartridge from us still isn't recognized, contact us and we'll replace or refund it under our 1-year guarantee.

Standard or XL: which should I buy?

XL in almost every case. The XL cartridges are the same physical size and fit the same slot, but hold more ink, so each printed page costs less. Standard cartridges only make sense if you print very rarely, since ink can dry out over long idle periods.
