Check Whether You Have an 8022 or an 8022e
This matters more than the ink numbers. The plain OfficeJet 8022 is not an HP+ printer, so it isn't locked to Original HP ink. HP's store page for it shows no dynamic-security notice, but HP 910 is a current-generation HP chip platform and we could not confirm whether firmware updates block non-HP chips on the plain 8022. Remanufactured cartridges that keep the original HP chip are the safer choice. The OfficeJet 8022e is the HP+ SKU, and if HP+ was activated at setup that printer requires Original HP ink for the life of the machine, with no documented way to reverse it.
