Yes. On October 15, 2026, Staples listed HP's 564XL black at $47.99 (about 8.7¢ a page) and the standard 564 black at $26.99. How Do I Replace the Ink in the HP Photosmart 5510?

Make sure the printer is on, then open the cartridge access door. The carriage moves into view.
Press the tab on the cartridge you're replacing to release it, then lift it out.
Unpack the new 564 cartridge and pull the orange tab or tape straight off. Don't touch the contacts or nozzles.
Match the color icon and slide the cartridge into its slot, pressing down until it snaps in. Run a finger across the tops to make sure none sits higher than the rest.
Close the access door, wait for the printer to finish starting up and align when asked.

What does 'Ink System Failure' 0xc19a0020 mean?

The printer has found a printhead or ink-delivery fault, a common failure in HP 564 Photosmarts. With the printer on, unplug the power cord, wait 15 to 20 seconds, plug it straight into a wall outlet and reseat every cartridge. If the error stays, the printhead is usually bad and HP advises replacing the printer.

It says a cartridge is missing or not detected.

The cartridge usually isn't fully latched. Open the door, press down any cartridge that sits higher than the rest until it snaps in, and wipe its contacts if needed.

Does the 5510 use a photo black cartridge?

No. It uses four 564 cartridges. Photo black is for five-ink models like the Photosmart 7510.
