Canon 070 / 070H Toner: Common Questions

What is the difference between the Canon 070 / 070H sizes?

070 prints about 3,000 pages and 070H about 10,200. Both fit the same printers, so 070H costs much less per page.

Which printers use Canon 070 / 070H toner?

Canon imageCLASS LBP246dw, LBP247dw, MF462dw, MF465dw. Our Find Ink by Printer page has a guide for each model.

Will compatible Canon 070 / 070H toner work in my printer?

Yes. Our cartridges are new, not refilled, and install like an original. If your printer shows a replace-toner message right after installing, it is reading the page counter rather than the cartridge; the printer's toner-reset steps clear it. If a cartridge from us isn't recognized, contact us and we'll replace or refund it under our 1-year guarantee.

Standard or high-yield: which should I buy?

High-yield (the X or H version) in almost every case. It is the same cartridge body with more toner, so each printed page costs less. Standard-yield only makes sense if you print very little.
