Good to Know

PGI-225 is a pigment black for sharp text. The CLI-226 inks are dye-based for color and photos. The PIXMA MG6120, MG6220, MG8120 and MG8220 also use a CLI-226 Gray tank, which is not included in this set.

Will my printer show a message when I install it?
Some printers display a notice that a non-original or previously used cartridge is installed. Select OK or Continue and print as usual. If a cartridge isn't recognized, remove it, make sure any protective tape is off, wipe the contacts and reinstall it.
