How Do I Replace the Drum?
- Leave the printer on, open the front cover and pull out the drum and toner assembly.
- Push down the green lock lever and lift the toner cartridge out of the old DR-720.
- Unpack the new drum without touching the drum surface, and push the toner cartridge in until it clicks.
- Slide the green corona-wire tab back and forth a few times, then return it to its home position.
- Slide the assembly back in and leave the front cover open.
- Reset the counter: hold Go until the display shows Drum Clear, release it, then close the cover.
