How to Replace Ink in the HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e
- Turn the printer on and open the ink cartridge access door. Wait for the carriage to stop moving.
- Press the front of the cartridge to release it, then pull it out.
- Unwrap the new cartridge, holding it by the sides without touching the copper contacts.
- Slide it into the slot that matches its color label and push until it clicks.
