What Photosmart C4680 owners ask
These are the questions that come up most for this printer in HP's support community and owner reviews, answered in our words.
A new 60XL won't align, or black won't print.
Take the cartridge out, check the tape is completely off, wipe the copper contacts with a dry lint-free cloth and reinstall. Then run Clean Printhead and alignment from the Tools menu.
It shows "Scan Error."
Turn the printer off, unplug it for a minute and restart. If the error returns when you scan from a computer, reinstall the driver; HP Community threads note it often clears after a power reset.

Windows usually installs a basic driver automatically when you connect the C4680 by USB. HP's full software suite for this model is no longer updated.
Does it have Wi-Fi?
